Before attending an interview, try to get as much information about your prospective employer as possible. Study the website of the school, and if possible, talk to some people who worked in that school or have a friend who worked (or still works) there. Maybe someone's child attended that school and you heard that it is a prestigious school. Look through teachers' forums online and try to see other teachers' opinions about that school. Employers feel impressed if you know much about them.
